DO YOU ACCEPT TRANSFERS FROM OTHER DEALERS?

At this time we are NOT accepting transfers from other dealers.


DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION I CAN VISIT?

Unfortunately we are not a retail storefront so we are NOT open to the public.


HOW DO I ORDER A FIREARM?

All firearms, frames, and/or receivers MUST be mailed to a FFL. You must find a local dealer and have them send a copy of their FFL to us. Please be sure to have them reference your name and order number when they send their FFL to info@valhallaarmament.com or via FAX at 360.799.6994.


If your dealer does not reference your name or order number, it will increase the processing time of your order and delay shipment.


WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS? / WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

*Please note that we are experiencing longer than normal lead times due to high volumes.*

All orders with firearms will ship within a few business days of receiving your dealer's license.


Standard orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed, dependent on order volume.


Once your order has be packaged, you will receive an email with tracking info for your order. Please note that tracking info may take upto 24 hours to update.


If you have not received tracking information within the above timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder. Your email service may have marked our emails as spam or we may be waiting for additional information from you prior to shipment.


HOW LONG WILL MY GUNSMITHING / BUILD TAKE?

Due to the high volume of requests we currently have, we are operating on a 3-4 week standard lead time. Work requiring customization, special orders, or non-standard requests will have additional lead time. All lead times will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before any new work/order is accepted.
