We’re pretty sure you’re going to love your new product, but if for some reason you decide it’s not for you, here’s the deal…
We will accept all unopened returns for up to 30 days from the date-of-purchase, provided that the item is still in its original packaging and condition. Any item that has been opened or removed from its packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us PRIOR to returning any item(s) as we can’t be responsible for packages that show up at our facility without explanation.
If you’d like to exchange your unopened item for a different model, finish, etc, please let us know and we’ll be glad to work with you.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please let us know right away and we will work with you directly to get you squared away.
